Our company started with running wealth management programs as part of staff engagement programs for our corporate clients. Through our programs, we seek to empower people from all walks of life and at all life stages to be equipped with the knowledge to best manage their wealth.
While we know that money is important, it is not the money itself that is meaningful but rather what it is use for to enable us to lead the life that we want. If we chase the money alone, it is often futile and empty even when we achieve our financial goals. Therefore, our wealth programs always start with the premise that the money conversation should the second conversation be after the LIFE conversation.
As we continued to seek to empower people from all walks of life we began to develop more programs that deals with this LIFE conversation and all that converged in the development of the Finishing Well™ framework that is the core of our programs today.
The framework has allowed us in recent years to do more with our clients in terms of engaging their staff. It allows us to help corporations look more holistically about their human capital and how to get the best out of their people.
Previously known as Providend Centre of Financial Education, our new identity would better reflect what we do at the company.
WHY LOGOS LEARNING?
One of the meanings of the Greek word Logos (pronounced “lóg-os”) is the controlling principle or the meaning of things. In the same way, we seek to help individuals find that underlying principle and meaning that motivates all that we do.
Why do we do what we do?
We believe that the answer starts in articulating our personal purpose. With the clarity of the this purpose as our “Why”, the “What” and the “How” we do things can then flow in alignment with this underlying motivation . As a Learning solutions company, we want to enable individuals to go deep to discover this personal purpose, principle and motivation and we do that through our workshops, coaching programs and even consultancy solutions.
